Gal is one week old today. Yeah! She is doing so great. She has finally adjusted to sleeping at night and staying awake during the day...much better schedule for Mommy and Daddy. Each day brings new excitement. On day 5, Greg and I were watching her in her bed and she rolled to her side all by herself which was a little scary. She has discovered that she can stick her long fingers into her mouth and suck on them.
Family and friends have been so supportive. Lolly and Aunt K have come by every day to check on us and bring food and some greatly needed help. Grandma, Grandpa and Granny Great came by Tuesday evening. Granny Great cooked all day to bring some of our favorites. Grandma got to feed her for the first time. We had a visit from our friends Tom, Rebecca, and baby Heston yesterday. Heston is so handsome and has grown so much! He was smiling and checking out his new playmate. Uncle Ricky, Aunt K and Lolly stopped by as well. Uncle Ricky fed her for the first time and smiled to show him her little dimples.
That is all for now, she wants some attention now.
