Weekend Activities

On Friday night, we took gal to her first highschool football game. She was such a great sport staying out past her bedtime. She enjoyed the sparkles on the majorette uniforms and mostly enjoyed watching all of the kids playing. She joined in clapping her hands with the crowd. The rebels won!

Saturday evening we went to dinner at a restaurant and to watch the first Auburn football game of the season. Ricky and Steven joined us and we had a great time cheering for AU.

Sunday evening we went to Lolly and Pops to watch football. Wes, Nikki and Caroline came over and we ate pizza. Then, we took a walk and watched the sun go down at the top of Red Mountain. Gal and Caroline played with eachother on a new toy Lolly and Pops got for her.

This past Monday was Labor Day and we all had the day off from work and school. We spontaneously decided to take a trip to Mt. Cheehaw. We put gal in the stroller and walked around the park. It was nice to get out of the house for the day.
