The Easter Bunny came by last night and left Blakely her first Easter basket full of goodies. She received colorful eggs full of cheerios, a Ragedy Andy doll, bunny ears, bunny shoes, and a soft baby lamb. She had a great time with all including the pink grass that filled the basket. It was the perfect day-We celebrated His ressurection today by reflecting and being thankful for each other and the blessings of this year in particular. We went to the playground and walked while Greg went on a long bike ride. We met up together at the park and spent time together for an hour or so just enjoying the day and talking. Blakely really enjoys being outside. Everyone that we passed smiled and said that she is such a cute and happy baby. It was a great relaxing day together and we are very thankful!
Greg, Grandma and I took Blakely to see the Easter Bunny Saturday. She was not sure what to think of him at first. As always, she is very observant. She felt on his arm which felt like all of her soft fuzzy stuffed animals. Did not get a smile this year, but she was absolutely adoreable. Grandma took me out to eat to celebrate passing my LEED test. I am LEED accredited now!
